With over 15 years training experience, I’ve got quite an arsenal of training knowledge and techniques. I also trained for, and played Division II college football for 4 years. After graduating, I committed myself to exploring how far I could push and transform my body. I’m stoked to have the privilege of helping others reach their body composition goals. The price is dependent on your goals and how long your journey with me will be. Fill out the quick questionnaire at the top of the page for us to contact you and discuss your goals. It only takes 2 minutes!

Corey currently works with clients all across the globe! Because he operates solely online, there are no locational barriers.

We have a minimum commitment period of 3 months, but your journey can last as long as you would like it to 

Yes! I work with people of all ages, backgrounds, locations and goals.

Yes! The workouts and meal programs are tailored to meet your specific needs, regardless of your gender. 

You will be speaking to one of Corey’s assistants who works very closely with him to help handle the enquiries. This allows Corey to focus on his clients and maximize the time he can give to them!

Since your plans are specifically created for you and your goals – they will take 2-3 days to create and assign. This is providing that you have completed the questionnaire, and uploaded your starting pictures and measurements into the app.

Yes – you’ll have access to your very own app with Perkfitt’s user interface so we can track your progress and you can access your meals and workouts.

Absolutely. We can create a plan to your preferred location, whether it’s the home, gym or a mix of both, and to fit around your schedule and lifestyle.

Ensuring your training with proper form is important – so Corey will be here to review any workout videos you send and send back advice via video/audio form suggestions.

Of course. Making sure you’re eating foods you love is key – we cater to all dietary restrictions/preferences.

There is a ton of variety. Your Meal Plan is full of recipes, with a variety for each meal of the day. You can request any meal changes, swaps and additions on your check-in days to keep the selection updated and ensure you always have new tasty recipes to try! You are also welcome to track your own food to the macros Corey sets you, to allow you to eat meals of your own choice.

They’re delicious! Corey will always try to include meals and recipes that you will love. When you sign up you’ll complete a questionnaire where you can tell us the foods you like to eat. Corey will use this as a base when creating your plan, although please remember that maintaining the same diet as you are used to may not always be possible, depending on your goals.

All supplements are optional – Corey will share with you a recommended supplement list– but these are totally optional too – we can make loads of progress with just your nutrition and exercise changes

You’ll be prompted in the app to enter your weight, mood, measurements, and progress photos weekly to bi-weekly.
